As promised, here is more awesomeness from the May (Birthday Edition!) Round of faMESHed! This chiffon dress from Zaara is so lovely that I had to find just the right accessories to make it pop. It took some serious browsing and debating, but I think that these new Helena Shoes from Redgrave and Surreal Jewelry from {me.} do the trick nicely!

Kavar Cleanslate of Exile has also released three new hairs this week! I am wearing ‘Hearts Don’t Break Even,’ but each of the new styles are all long, flowing and stunning! The new HUD and color packs allow for so much more versatility and styling and I love the new streaks options that can be implemented for each color set. Totally Teal

Designers seem to be on a roll lately when it comes to producing items in my favorite colors- namely any shade of teal! So, of course, I had to grab everything I could find! With dozens of teal inspired pieces in my inventory, I knew I had to put some of them together, or I’d never make room for more, so here I am! These teal skinny jeans and heels are by ISON for the May round of Collabor88. Harry does such incredible work that it is so hard to pass up anything he releases.

Also new this week are these teal floral bracelets and headband from A&Ana for The Dressing Room Fusion. I am not too familiar with this designer, but I fell in love with the quality of her pieces so I will definitely be visiting the mainstore soon for more!

Truth Hawks has finally released new hair! After an epic hair sale that had to be extended (twice!) the new mainstore is open and it is A.W.E.S.O.M.E! Truth has also released new hair color packs as well as a new in-store credit system. Being the largest hair creator on the grid, it is next to impossible not to make it to the new store and check out all that has changed in the past couple of weeks!

Rustic Rainbow

Both TDRF and Collabor88 have lots of colorful and fun releases for their new rounds! These colorful cocoro rainbow shorts from TokiD really set the stage for the fun accessories I added from LaGyo, which contain five different pieces that can be found at both Collabor88 and The Dressing Room Fusion.

Also new this week and as I mentioned yesterday, are these summery Beira mules by Hucci, which are an addon to the SLink Medium Height Barefeet. Ever since Siddean released her new  enhanced version of hands and feet, which allows skin developers to create a HUD to perfectly match skin to mesh attachments, there has been an even bigger market for them, and I love it! With Eboni creating these SLink addons, I can’t wait to see what other creators come up with to sweeten the deal!

Glam it Up

If there were ever two more hardworking and lovable designers in Second Life, it would have to be Samantha Jones and Kim Lysette from Liv-Glam. (And you too, Aisha! ♥) With the daily events they’ve got going on- from Chic La Mode, Steals&Deals, Designer Circle, Designers Showcase, Fashion Limited, Fi Fridays, Secret Wednesdays and not to mention the loads of sales and every day new releases- who can doubt that these ladies absolutely rock the fashion circuit?

I’ve seriously given up hope on ever blogging just one Liv-Glam or K Collection ensemble anymore. There are just too many great new releases each week to be able to choose just one. So, this week I’ve narrowed it down from dozens (seriously, dozens!) of new releases, to five of my top favorites. I even bribed Dwight to get in on the action. Doesn’t he look smexy?

Rain or Shine

‘Rain or Shine’ is this month’s theme for Collabor88, and I am loving it! There are so many adorable new releases this round that I am stuck, so I decided to put a few of my favorites in one post just in case I don’t have time to come back for a part two. Every since Allegory Malaprop of Schadenfreude came out with her Eala Dress last August, I have been dying for her to release another! She did not disappoint! The pattern is super sweet, with delicate, hand-drawn rain-clouds/trees on a lacy overlay. And yes, that is a matching parasol! ♥ This Clouds Into the Woods dress comes in five ultra pretty colors (with matching parasols!)

I am [very] slowly getting into the home decor aspect of blogging. It is still a work in progress for me, but the past couple of days I have really been inspired to add more to my sim, especially when I saw these new releases- the Carmela Pergola from DIGS and the Rain or Shine set from LISP. I am obsessed with anything beachy and fresh- white, light wood, shabby chic, water and lots and lots of light! So, chances are if it is my style, I’ll buy it even if I don’t need it!

Working Out

For the longest time I have been looking for a great mesh outfit to hit the gym with. So, when I saw this work out set from Gizza for Limited Bazaar, I was super thrilled to be able to grab it up before they were all gone!

I picked up various exercise equipment from Pilot, Exposeur and Tartessos Arts some time ago and had a great time getting fit and tones on my front porch!

Another Brick In the Wall

Part II of my faMESHed first birthday series include a long list of things I just couldn’t live without this round! This outfit from NYU features a blouse with color changeable bow via HUD and super sexy hotpants! I love hotpants as they can be worn so many different ways. Throw in a high waist and I am giddy with excitement!

I decided to go a little schoolgirl punk with army girl tights from Worldwide Industries and these combat boots from Gos. Of course being the total nerd that I am, I had to pose at Platform 9 3/4 at the Mischief Managed sim!

Yay For May!

I can’t believe it is May already! Almost half of 2013 has already gone by and there is still so much to do!

Happy Birthday faMESHed!

faMESHed turned the big ’1,’ opening up with its May birthday round yesterday and boy, is it a doozy! Two tents full of fabulous new releases from 52 of the top mesh creators across the grid! I was so wound up for this round by the time I finally got a glimpse of the offerings, so I’ll undoubtedly have several parts (coming soon!) so that I can blog all of my favorites!

I am wearing awesome new releases from Tee*fy and Maxi Gossamer, two of my favorite creators. Each style of dress comes with a separate skirt and the necklace and earrings combo come with color changeable stones that can match just about any ensemble!

I picked up this hair as part of Truth Hawk’s fantabulous hair sale! Because the sim has been nonstop packed since the start of the sale on April 19th, Truth was generous enough to extend his sale an additional 7 days so we all have time to scoop up our favorites at super discounted prices!

I’ve been on a maxi dress kick lately and this new release Susilie boho dress from Liv-Glam has definitely captured my attention. This particular HUD comes with six fabulous pantones to choose from. Other various designs of this dress have also been released for Chic La Mode, Designer Showcase and Secret Wednesdays! Stop by all of these events and grab up this summer favorite while the price is right!

Kavar Cleanslate has finally come out with some new releases for Exile and I am sure I was one of thousands making a mad dash for the mainstore to check out what was new! Not only are there three new styles, but Kavar has released a new HUD system as well. It allows you to choose the base color, plus streak colors to create some really wild looks! Oh, and did I mention that there are also new color packs for each hairstyle? You don’t want to miss this!

I tend to find a lot of great new releases at the various events I visit each month. What’s even better, is that most of these new releases are offered an introductory prices! And what fashionista doesn’t love a good sale?

Even though there are only two days left to get the goodies offered at My Attic, I just had to blog this striped maxi dress and bandeau top from Lacuna. It comes in an assortment of colors and each set features both color bandeau tops to match the skirt. Also available at My Attic is this Gaia Hair from Mina, and this cute new mesh Attache bag from SLink.

Another favorite event of mine- The Dressing Room Fusion, refreshes every two weeks, and I love it! I picked up this necklace from Kunglers and bracelet from LaGyo. The matching ring is on sale at Gyo’s mainstore as part of Fifty Linden Fridays!
